Ingredients

3oz Blue Moon® Belgian White Belgian-Style Wheat Ale

1 1/2oz Citrus Aperitif

1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4oz Simple Syrup

2oz Sparkling Water

Garnishes

Orange Twist

Method

1. Combine lemon, simple syrup and citrus aperitif in wine glass

2. Add ice and sparkling water

3. Top with Blue Moon Belgian White and stir gently

4. Add orange twist garnish
