Competition Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to aged 18+ employees of all eligible UK outlets that have Blue Moon draught installed that is available to purchase by consumers and whom are sent the Blue Moon perfect serve kit (the "Entrants").
2. Employees of the Promoter and their subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, members of their immediate families and anyone materially connected to the administration of the promotion are not eligible to participate.
3. The prize draw opens on Monday 15th May 2019 and closes at 23.59hrs on Tuesday 14th January 2020 (the "Promotion Period"). To enter the prize draw, Entrants must:
   1. Scan QR code on the ‘Learn the art of the pour’ leaflet inside the Blue Moon perfect serve kit;
   2. Watch the training video on how to pour the perfect serve; and
   3. Fill in full contact details required on screen to enter prize draw.
4. All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw for a chance to win one prize every month for the duration of the Promotional Period. Monthly prizes include1 (one) x Blue Moon baseball jacket (available in sizes small to XXL subject to availability) and 1 (one) x £100.00 (one hundred pounds sterling) One4All gift card. Each prize draw will take place on the 15th day of every month (“Monthly Prize Draw”), the first prize draw will take place on 15th June 2019 for those entries received from 15th May 2019 to 14th June 2019. There are 8 (eight) Monthly prize Draw prizes available in total. Entries received will not be carried over to the following Monthly Prize Draw.
5. On 15th January 2020, an additional grand prize draw will take place (“Grand Prize Draw Date”), where 1 (one) winner will be selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period and will win a trip to Denver, USA (the home of the Blue Moon brewery) for 2 (two) people (winner and one friend aged 18+). There is one 1 (one) grand prize available in total. Prize includes a 4-night stay in Denver, USA, valid for 12 months from the date of the Grand Prize Draw Date (excluding travel over UK bank holidays, Christmas and New Year period). The prize is valid for 2 people (winner and 1 guest aged 18+) and includes return economy flights from London Heathrow/ Gatwick airports to Denver and private airport transfers within Denver. The prize includes 4 nights stay at a 3* Hotel (subject to availability), on a room only basis (based on a double or twin occupancy), a Breckenridge Mountain Explorer Tour (which includes a full day in the mountains, fun local guide to show all the glorious sights in Colorado, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, local mining town stop for coffee, chance to sled, shop, eat or take a free gondola ride from downtown Breckenridge, chance to take self-guided hike from downtown Breckenridge), £500 (five hundred pound Sterling) spending money in total and travel insurance. Winner and their guest must each hold a valid UK passport. The prize excludes UK internal flights, meals, room service, drinks, transfers to and from Breckenridge Mountain Explorer Tour and all other costs, expenses or ancillary costs associated with the promotion are not included unless otherwise expressly stated. Prizes are the items stated only.
6. The prize draws will be supervised by an independent observer and winner’s will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
7. Only one entry per person.
8. No purchase necessary.
9. Winners’ personal details given on entry to the promotion will be passed to the Promoter’s agency in order to fulfil the prize. Winners will receive an email or telephone call from the agency within two (2) weeks of selecting the winner to confirm size of the Blue Moon baseball jacket (subject to availability), arrange delivery via first class royal mail of the Monthly Prize Draw prizes or confirm the winner’s availability to fly out to Denver for the Grand Prize.
10. The Monthly Prize Draw prizes will be delivered to winner’s home address within 28 days of the winner’s confirming their size and address.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that winner has breached or circumvented the rules of the promotion.
12. The Prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance. If the winner is unable to be contacted within 21 (twenty one) days from the Monthly Prize Draw and/or Grand Prize Date or if the prize is unclaimed or declined within 21 (twenty one) days from the Monthly Prize Draw and/or Grand Prize Date, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted, entitlement will be lost, and a supplementary winner may be drawn at random at the Promoter’s discretion. Entrants that have not won a prize will not receive notification that they have not won.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award or withdraw prize entitlement and disqualify or refuse further participation in the promotion, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect any Entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind (including without limitation, manipulating the Promotion, choice of winner or any entry). The Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any Entrant, entry or person if it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
14. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
15. The name of the winning outlets will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: “Blue Moon Outlet Incentive Promotion, Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited, 137 High Street, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 1JZ” within 28 days of each Monthly Prize Draw and Grand Prize Draw Date.
16. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable unpaid publicity as specified by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name and county and publish those on the Blue Moon website and social media pages (Instagram and Twitter). By entering this promotion, all Entrants to the promotion will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. The Grand Prize Draw winner agrees to procure the consent of their guest.
17. No cash or alternatives to the prizes offered will be given.
18. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to, communications network failure, bugs, postal strikes, postal delays, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failure, weather, acts of terrorism, we reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
19. It is not the intention of the Promoter to use this promotion in any way to encourage excessive consumption of alcohol.
20. The Promoter's decision regarding all matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
21. By entering the promotion, the winner and their guest agree that the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility or liability for any damage, expense, cost, loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings), injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of its negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered or sustained by any entrant in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
22. The Promoter is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights and content in the Promotion website, including but not limited to copyright and unregistered and registered trademark rights. All such rights, save as expressly granted, are reserved, and the benefit of any goodwill which arises through your use belongs to the Promoter and vests in the Promoter.
23. Any personal data relating to winners will be used solely in accordance with current Data Protection Act 2018 and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of administering this promotion) This includes contacting the winners via telephone or email and publicising information about the prize winner.
24. Any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the rules will be settled by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
